Kings, Norsemen, Celts, lords and holy men have all graced Islay’s shores. With 10,000 years of heritage and culture, we believe it is vital to invest in Islay’s community, so a portion of our profits will always go back into the community in the form of donations to one of its many good causes.

Land, sea and sky. Islay is a magical meeting of the three and we are committed to having as little impact as possible on any of them. We invite you to ask us about how we achieve this; from electric roasters to fully recyclable packaging to ethically sourced beans. We strive to take only memories and leave only (small) footprints.

What is speciality coffee? Speciality coffee is the result of a chain of craftspeople who genuinely value the highest grade of green coffee beans. From farmer to buyer to roaster and finally to you, the consumer. Our mission is to highlight the unique and intrinsic flavours of the best coffee.
